    Hi Curtis, I love all your recipes!! Living in Kenya I very much appreciate your “Winter” recipe. Made the ganache but used Canola oil instead of Olive oil, yummy!

    Hello Curtis,
    a great fan of your work..tried your chocolate souffle, divine! one slight doubt here..using extra virgin olive oil, will it give a difference in flavor from the regular ganache?
